Comment on the Draft Customer Service Standards for the Supply of Electricity to Permanent Residents of Residential Parks (April 2004)

The Customer Service Standards for the Supply of Electricity to Permanent Residents of Residential Parks provides enhanced rights for Park Residents. In order to ensure that these rights are accessed by residents it is vital that, firstly they are informed of these rights, and secondly that access to dispute processes are made as user friendly as possible. Therefore, it should be a statutory requirement that park owners be required to distribute to all current and future permanent residents a copy of the final Customer Service standards for the Supply of Electricity to Permanent Residents of Residential Parks [the document], plus details of the capacity of electricity supply to each site.
