Pensioners petition for Council Rate Rebate rise

To coincide with the Premier’s Christmas Gala Concerts for NSW seniors, CPSA is launching a petition calling for the Council Rate Rebate to be increased and indexed.

Council Rate Rebate must reflect rate rises

IPART released the Local Government rate peg for 2013/14 today which will see the rates of NSW’s 152 local councils go up by 3.4 per cent.

Extreme electricity price hike opportunity to reform NSW pensioner concessions
