Pensioners win extended social housing rent freeze but call for it to be made permanent

“Single pensioners living in NSW social housing welcome today’s announcement that their $30 weekly pension rise will not be included in rent calculations until at least June next year”, said CPSA Policy Coordinator Charmaine Crowe.

“But pensioners call for this exemption to be made permanent”.
