The Age Pension, Disability Support Pension and Carer Payment are all paid at the same rate. As at June 2012, there were 3,315,617 people getting a pension, comprising Age Pensioners (2,282,592), Disability Support Pensioners (827,460) and Carer Payment recipients (205,565).[1]
