IN ANOTHER case of policy that looks good on paper, but could turn ugly when put into practice, the NSW Government will tax public housing tenants with two or more spare bedrooms from September.

Residential parks residents may lose legislative protections

ON Saturday 6 April the NSW Government released the long awaited Draft Exposure  Bill for residential parks, the ambiguously named Residential (Land Lease) Communities Bill 2013.
