This submission responds to the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Bill 2013 which if passed will replace the Residential Parks Act.

CPSA welcomes the opportunity to provide comment on the Living Longer Living Better (LLLB) Bills. This submission will focus on the aged care fee arrangements under LLLB as well as quality of care.

CPSA welcomes the opportunity to comment on the Sex Discrimination Amendment (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Intersex Status) Bill 2013 (the Bill). CPSA’s comments will be confined to sex discrimination in aged care.

CPSA advocates that policy makers’ response to mobility scooters should:
