PAVS has provided training, resources, advocacy and information on the rights and responsibilities of residential park and manufactured home estate residents since 1997. It has also facilitated a number of residential parks forums, working groups and committees.
CPSA no longer receives government funding for PAVS but intends to keep this website running so park residents can access accurate, up to date information on residential park matters free of charge and without the need to be a member of a park group.
CPSA will continue to be active in the area of residential parks. Your help in assisting us to do is crucial. Any donation, big or small, is most valued and will allow us to keep PAVS going.
PAVS has regularly produced and distributed two newsletters, Outasite and Outasite Lite, which contain topical and relevant articles for those living in, or interested in residential parks. Recent editions are available on the 'Outasite' page.
PAVS has also produced fact sheets about various aspects of residential parks. These can be downloaded from the 'Factsheets' page.
A number of other resources produced by PAVS are available on the 'Resources' page.
An evaluation of PAVS was conducted by Judith Stubbs and Associates in 2013. The report can be found here.
