The Park and Village Service (PAVS) is a resource service funded by NSW Fair Trading under the Tenant’s Advice and Advocacy Program.
PAVS provides training, resources, advocacy and information on the rights and responsibilities of residential park and manufactured home estate residents.
PAVS receives and addresses inquiries on all aspects of residential park tenancies. All of our services are provided free and include:
PAVS facilitates the NSW Residential Parks Forum and the Parks Legal Working Group and is an active member of many policy committees, including:
PAVS produces and distributes two newsletters, Outasite and Outasite Lite, which contain topical and relevant articles for those living in, or interested in residential parks. Recent editions are available on the 'Outasite' page.
PAVS also produces fact sheets about various aspects of residential parks. These can be downloaded from the 'Factsheets' page.
